On Tuesday, March 27, 2007 the Arcadia Chapter of the American Red Cross responded to an apartment that was damaged when strong winds knocked over a carob tree into the apartment living room. No one was hurt, but the city declared it unsafe for residents to stay in the apartment overnight....
